Dr. Juan Navea Professor Juan Navea joined Skidmore in the fall of 2013. Professor Navea trained in chemistry at the Universidad Central de Venezuela. He spent two years working with Professor Pedro Patiño on non-thermal plasma chemistry. He carried out doctoral studies at Baylor University with Professor Manzanares, working on laser spectroscopy, molecular dynamics, and computational chemistry. After completing his Ph.D., Juan spent three years as a postdoctoral fellow in atmospheric physical chemistry at the University of Iowa working with Professor Vicki H. Grassian to understand the chemistry and photochemistry on complex environmental interfaces. Email: jnavea@skidmore.edu |
